key Protocol

1. key Data Entry should be filled out monthly by the studio Process Leader; passwords shall be login for each Process Leader.

2. Information entered should reflect studio outlook for next two months.

3. key Data Entry shall be filled out during the last week of each month after studio financials are received.

4. A key Studio Report will automatically detail the info for each studio.

5. Information entered on key Data Entry will automatically be recorded on the key Summary Sheet located in Practice section of intranet.

6. Studio Financials will be posted every month.

7. Studios are encouraged to use project evaluation tools, solicit info from project leaders, etc.
